All sales of digital courses, subscriptions, and training materials are considered final. Refunds are generally not available once access to content has been provided. This includes:

- Live training sessions (once started)

- Certification fees
2. Cancellation by Learner
- Before Course Access: If you cancel before gaining access to the course, you may be eligible for a partial refund (processing fees may apply).
- After Course Access: Once you have started or downloaded course material, refunds are not applicable.
- Subscriptions: You may cancel auto-renewals at any time, but already-paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
3. Service Issues & Dissatisfaction
We value your feedback. If you face technical issues or are dissatisfied with the learning experience:
- Resolution First: We will try to resolve concerns through technical support, content replacement, or course adjustments.
- Case-by-Case Review: Refund requests will be reviewed individually, and partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases.
4. Exceptions
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same course/service, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.
- Service Non-Delivery: If ScriptNex is unable to provide access to a purchased course or subscription, a full refund will be considered.
